We love our parents. Getting them to listen is another story 😅
Like a lot of adult kids, we want our parents to stay healthy, active and capable for as long as possible.
The tricky part is that simply telling them to walk more, exercise more or take better care of themselves doesn’t always get very far. And repeating it usually doesn’t make the advice any more popular.
We wanted to create something that could encourage them without feeling like another lecture from their kids.
That became The Stay Strong Poster – three simple illustrated 15-minute workouts for strength, balance and mobility, designed to stay visible at home and be easy to use on their own.
It’s a practical gift, but the message behind it matters just as much: I love you. I want you healthy, strong and doing the things you love.

Make it easier to say yes
Keep it approachable
Exercise doesn’t need to feel complicated or intimidating. Short routines, clear illustrations and almost no equipment make getting started easier.
Focus on staying capable
This isn’t about training like an athlete. It’s about staying active, strong and able to keep doing the everyday things that matter.
Encourage, don’t nag
The poster stays on the wall, so the reminder doesn’t always have to come from you. We think everyone wins that way.

A note from William
Hi, I’m William, founder of WorkoutLabs and the person behind Love You, Stay Strong.
I’ve spent more than a decade working on ways to make exercise simpler and easier to follow. But this project started with something much more personal.
I have exactly the same challenge with my own mom.
I want her to move more, stay healthy and take better care of herself. The simplest thing would be to walk more regularly. I’ve suggested that plenty of times.
Apparently, being her son has not made me the world’s most persuasive fitness coach.
And that’s really where this idea came from. I wanted something I could give my own parents that felt supportive rather than preachy – something useful they could keep in sight and come back to on their own.
Something that quietly says: I love you. Please take care of yourself. I want you around, healthy and strong, for a long time.
That idea became Love You, Stay Strong.
A personal idea, backed by real exercise experience
Love You, Stay Strong is a project by WorkoutLabs.
Since 2013, WorkoutLabs has been creating illustrated exercise content and simple tools designed to make movement easier to understand and follow.
The Stay Strong Poster brings that experience into a much more personal format – something designed to be approachable at home and meaningful enough to give as a gift.
The exercise program structure is informed by WHO and CDC physical activity guidance and reviewed by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
You can only say it so many times 😅
Sometimes it’s nicer to let the poster do a little of the reminding.
